We describe our cuisine as “craft cooking.” A dedicated team led by Executive Chef Carl Schroeder and Chef de Cuisine Justin Braly creates dishes that showcase locally-sourced products, inspired vegetables and the freshest seafood available. Our award-winning cuisine is complemented by inventive craft cocktails, carefully selected wines and local beers. BANKERS HILL, open for dinner and Sunday brunch, offers a rustic, industrial-chic atmosphere.

Reservations recommended, especially on weekends. Seating at the bar is first come-first serve. Call us at 619-231-0222 between 2:30 – 10 p.m. or book online.

Celebrating with us? We are happy to provide a complimentary birthday or anniversary dessert. Please note, any outside food that is brought into Bankers Hill is subject to a $3 per person plating fee.

We’re unable to take to-go orders Friday and Saturday. Corkage fee is $25 per 750ml bottle, limit 2 bottles per table.

Welcome to Bankers Hill Bar + Restaurant conveniently located near some of San Diego’s most popular destinations. We proudly serve Rustic American Cuisine in a modern, relaxed setting.

We offer many options to host almost any type of event…from a celebration dinner or business lunch, to a casual brunch gathering or corporate event, our highly-trained staff, locally sourced products and sophisticated-yet-cozy atmosphere will offer guests a truly memorable event.

We can accommodate events from 10 to 250 guests, offering everything from a standing cocktail reception with passed hors d’oeuvres to a multi- course dinner.

We do not charge a room fee as each space will come with a food and beverage minimum. This minimum will be determined by the area selected for your group and the day and time of the event. All food and beverage minimums are before tax, gratuity and any other incidentals.

The Chef’s Table
The Chef’s Table is a secluded table that can seat up to 14 guests on the main level of our restaurant allowing your guests to have a semi-private experience while still feeling the energy and vibrance of the room.

The Patio
Our Patio is a private dining space, which accommodates up to 30 seated guests or up to 50 people for a standing cocktail reception, equipped with heaters allowing your guests to enjoy an al fresco dining experience year round.

Lower Dining Room
The Lower Dining Room is a semi-private dining space, accommodating up to 46 seated guests or 50 people for a standing cocktail reception. While not fully private, you and your guests would have the space fully to yourselves.

Full Restaurant Buy-Out
For larger parties we do have the ability to reserve the entire restaurant for you and your guests. Our entire restaurant can accommodate up to 118 guests for a seated dinner or up to 250 for a reception-style gathering. We have hosted company holiday parties with dancing, photo-booths and karaoke to elegant, seated 5-course dining events.
